Features and Benefits

Formulas & Functions
Numerics gives you over 250 pre-defined functions to make creating complicated spreadsheets easier. Numeric also allows you to set Array functions so you can define formulas based on what you know.
Simple word formulas let you create formulas using words instead of complicated math equations.
The Sum Button inserts a sum function or a subtotal automatically, depending on the context of your request.
Numerics super wizards help you choose and use the wide range of advanced functions and Numerics boasts a full set of ready made scenario functions that you can edit or use to learn how to create your own “what if” scenarios in real-time.

Charts
Numerics has 13 chart types built in —including bar, pie, line, scatter, area, and stock charts. Use these charts with Numerics full feature formatting options and there is no end to the type of professional quality charts you can create.

Styles and Formatting
Numerics has a wide variety of options for adding styles and formatting your application. Along with the built in functions of flexible cell formatting – including freely rotating contents, templates, backgrounds, borders. Numerics also supplies you with templates to give you a head-start on creating professional looking output, the ability to convert your Numerics application into a PDF file with one click and call up “Ones” draw function to add in your own special touch.

Data Manipulation and Presentation
Numerics data sorting, filtering, outlining, and consolidation features allow you to both organize and view data before you create charts. Formatting of text and cells is automatic and allows for conditional options.

Cool Features
Speaker:
Numerics has a built in speaker utility that allows you to hear your work read back to you when your done. A great feature for checking your source data against your input
Data tables:
Numerics Data Table feature automatically extracts and summarizes data from raw data sets. These tables enable you to analyze data instantly and automatically detect patterns and trends. This data function supports Pivot Table functions in Microsoft Office.

Macros
Numeric makes it simple to automate your tasks. You can assign macros to menu items, icons, dialog controls, or events. Numeric supports three scripting languages: Numerics, Javascript, and Beanshell.

Import/Export and Share Your Files
Microsoft Office Compatible:
We understand that most of the people you want to share documents with are using Microsoft products. As with all e-Press products, Numerics is Microsoft compatible and it only takes one click to perfectly convert a Numerics spreadsheet into a Microsoft spreadsheet. You can also save your work in the xls format by simply picking it as a save option. Numerics spreadsheets translate perfectly into any Microsoft program without losing any of the “cool” stuff you added using Numerics.

Lotus 1-2-3 Import:
The Lotus 1-2-3 import also loads Lotus files up to Numerics and allows you to edit them.

Portable Document Format (.pdf)
Any Numerics document can be turned into a PDF with one click. Not only will your document look more professional but PDF documents allow you to hide your formulas and only share the final product to your clients and co-workers.
